The coal can be dosed using the net and gross weight weighing systems, on the basis of the customer's production requirements.

Coal can be packaged using:

• vertical packaging machines, for packages up to 25 Kg

• bagging machines for packaging in open mouth bags up to 50 Kg

• big-bag machines, for packaging large quantities

 

 

from fill and sea machine are the fully automatic high-speed bag filling solution. Bags are fed through the machine on a roll, coal is weighed and filled into the bag, it is automatically sealed and freed from the roll to allow the next bag to be filled. Also can install FFS machinery into an existing plant or provide a new full state-of-the-art automated coal bagging and palletising line.
